Website Designer Job: WFH | Fresher

We are a fast-growing company that is dedicated to providing high-quality web design services to businesses of all sizes. We are seeking an experienced and creative website designer to help us take our designs to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, web design, and user experience.

Responsibilities:

Work with clients to understand their web design needs and requirements
Develop creative and innovative design concepts that meet the client's goals and objectives
Collaborate with the development team to ensure that designs are properly implemented
Conduct user research to inform design decisions
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas
Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, web design, or a related field
Strong portfolio showcasing your web design work
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Understanding of user experience design principles
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
